Purchase property market report

The annual property market report is produced with the aim of providing a transparent picture of the Bremen real estate market in the respective financial year. It contains detailed information on the following submarkets:

• Undeveloped plots (residential building land, commercial building land, raw building land, land for future construction, agricultural land, etc.)
• Developed land: Average values based on small-scale urban locations, broken down into new builds and existing properties for terraced houses, semi-detached houses, detached single/two-family houses as well as information on apartment buildings and office and commercial buildings, commercial properties
• Developed and undeveloped heritable building rights
• Owner-occupied apartments: Average values based on small urban locations, broken down into first sales, resales and conversions
• Rent overview for non-price-controlled housing (individual housing construction)
• Data required for the valuation: property interest rates and yield factors, index series for all important submarkets, conversion coefficients for building plots of different area sizes and different value-relevant floor area ratios (WGFZ)
